Terms of Service

Welcome to Shaadi Profiles (“we”, “our”, or “us”). By creating an account or using our platform you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use Shaadi Profiles. By registering you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

2. Account & Profile

  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • You must provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself.
  • You may not create an account on behalf of another person without their consent.
  • You must keep your login credentials secure and notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, are inactive for an extended period, or are used in a manner we determine is harmful to the platform or other users.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
  • Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information in your profile.
  • Harass, threaten, intimidate, stalk, or abuse other users.
  • Send unsolicited commercial messages or spam through any feature of the platform.
  • Scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract data from the platform by automated means.
  • Upload malware, viruses, or any malicious code.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any portion of our systems or infrastructure.
  • Create fake profiles, impersonate any person, or misrepresent your identity.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on Shaadi Profiles — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software — is the property of ShaadiProfiles or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you upload (“User Content”) but grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, display, and distribute that content solely to operate the platform.

5. Privacy

Your use of Shaadi Profiles is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

6. Disclaimers

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY PARTICULAR MATCH, INTRODUCTION, OR RESULT WILL BE ACHIEVED.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SHAADIPROFILES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.

8. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
